Software Releases


Software updates for Enterprise products that are in warranty are freely available online, with the following exceptions:

  • Bluesocket and UC Server Solutions: Product must be covered by an active ProCare plan
  • Enterprise products with an expired warranty must be covered by an active ProCare plan to have access to software updates

Access to software updates for most carrier products, including but not limited to Total Access 5000, OPTI, ONE, NetVanta 800/8000, and FTTP ONTs is restricted to the original purchaser of the equipment. You may be eligible for an account upgrade. Request access to restricted content.
