ProStart Onsite offers dedicated project management, customized data gathering, a dedicated project engineer for configuration and test and turn up support, post installation testing, an ADTRAN Authorized Technician for the physical installation components (mounting hardware, hardware connections, and any onsite post installation testing required), access to applicable online training materials, and a labor warranty.  Some ProStart Onsite implementations offer remote as well as onsite surveys.  ProStart Onsite provides a full turnkey and highly customized implementation service for the customer with end to end support: from planning in the data gathering and surveys, through managing implementation milestones, due dates, and stakeholders, and with both remote and onsite representation during installation and turn up.
