- Coverage provided Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Customer Location Time)
- Remote technical support with delivery of replacement parts/unit occurring Next Business Day (NBD) of verification of hardware failure or problem
- Excludes holidays and weekends
- One year service contract
